Many residential mortgage lenders will not finance a building that has a commercial and residential component. We offer financing on mixed use properties, allowing for up to two commercial units and up to six total units.

  • Income calculation is 110% debt service coverage on subject property only
  • Properties must have both commercial and residential components
  • Property can have 2 – 6 units; either 1 or 2 units must be commercial
  • Minimum 620 FICO
  • Up to 80% LTV with 740 FICO
  • Loan amounts up to $4 Million; higher by exception
  • Foreign nationals allowed
